At Paige by Design, every order is handled with care to ensure your wedding stationery arrives beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy. Please review the details below regarding processing, shipping, and delivery.

Processing Times

Processing timelines vary based on the type of stationery purchased, as each product is made to order with exceptional attention to detail.

Sample Packs

Sample packs ship within 1-2 business days.

Semi-Custom Wedding Stationery

Production typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on proof approval and print schedules.

Custom Wedding Stationery

Custom designs may require 3-6 months depending on the complexity of the suite, revisions, and printing method.

You will receive an estimated timeline during the proofing process. All production timelines begin once proofs are approved.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders through USPS and UPS, offering both standard and expedited options at checkout.
All shipments include tracking information, which will be sent via email once your order has been mailed.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.
Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to most countries. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing and may take 2–4 weeks or longer.
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

All wedding stationery is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Orders are shipped flat or boxed, depending on the product type, to protect your pieces during transit.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an item has been shipped, Paige by Design is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with next steps and help you file a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Paige by Design is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and personalized nature of wedding stationery, all sales are final once proofs have been approved and production has begun.
